  • Helped stand up SPS Commerce's inaugural Developer Productivity Engineering team alongside a Distinguished Engineer who championed the initiative — co-defining the team's roadmap, hiring software engineers, and taking on the risk of an unproven mandate; now leads a team of 3 software engineers.
  • Architected and built an Internal Developer Portal, provisioned via Pulumi infrastructure-as-code, that consolidates data from the internal software catalog, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Kubernetes, AWS, and LaunchDarkly into a single source of truth for the engineering org.

  • Designed and shipped v2 of the Agentic Workflow system, migrating agents from LangChain to the Claude Agent SDK and from Kubernetes to Bedrock AgentCore Runtime — running each agent in an isolated micro-VM with no access to long-lived secrets — plus a new queue-based message system to improve resilience.
